This licence does not transfer ownership of your content. You retain all intellectual property rights in any User Content you submit. This includes reviewing submissions, investigating suspicious activity, restricting or terminating access, blocking harmful attempts, removing policy-violating content, reporting serious conduct when necessary, and maintaining service integrity.
We may use third party platforms for authentication, communication, ticket management, and storage. These providers operate independently and apply their own policies. C:\Games\ is not responsible for failures or actions of external providers.

C:\Games\ and Valkyrie Hosting LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party platform failures, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will take reasonable steps to resume normal service as soon as practicable.
C:\Games\ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication at this URL. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes via our Discord server or website.
Your continued use of any C:\Games\ service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using all services immediately.
